with PEP Signature Capturing Technology. Edit the contract and
capture your customers signature while out in the field. The
signature is then instantly and safely embedded in the contract and
saved as a PDF file. The PDF file can then be immediately emailed or
printed for the customers records.
Unlimited Customers & Estimates - $200
PEP XP
Lite
limits you by only letting you save information for 5 customers.
It also limits your database to only hold 5 estimates. If you
want to create more customers you have to delete existing ones.
The same is true for the estimates. This upgrade allows you to
create an unlimited number of customers and estimates just like the
full version of PEP XP. This is a great way to keep customer contact info and to be able to look back at how much you
charged for different jobs in the past.
Unlimited Item Rates & Rate Library - $200
PEP XP
Lite only comes with 15 item rates.
These rates let you save information about how long it takes to
apply paint or other materials while on the job. If you want
to create more than 15 of these application rates, you have to
delete one and replace it with the new rate. This upgrade
allows you to create an unlimited number of rates.
The full version of PEP XP comes with hundreds of key rates derived
from industry standard information about how long it takes to do
hundreds of tasks. It details application by brush, roller,
and spray. This library of rates is also included in this
upgrade.
Enhanced Estimates - $100
This unlocks the ability to embed jobsite pictures into
estimates. It also allows you to create 2 new types of
reports. One is a summary report that removes line item detail from
a proposal, for when you want to simply provide the customer with a
bottom line. The other report is a critical report that provides
intricate detail about how the proposal is calculated. It shows the
rates that are used to calculate labor, and breaks down every dollar
and cent that goes into the job.
Enhanced Reports - $150
This unlocks the ability to create Work Orders, Invoices,
Customer Lists, Mailing Labels, and it also allows you to export
your reports to PDF. Exporting to PDF gives you the ability to email
any report to anyone around the world in a way that the report can
be viewed on any computer, from any MAC to any PC.
Job Tracking - $150
Job Tracking allows you to optimize how your business operates.
This allows you to consistently track the income and expenses for
each job. Company owners can reduce operation costs and increase
profits while also reducing the overall cost to customers. As a
result, your prices will be consistently lower than your
